A note on quorum requirements....
There are 42 home lots in Spalding Green. Each lot is entitled to 2 votes; thus there are a total of 84 possible votes.
In order for a Homeowner’s Association meeting to have a quorum, 30% of the eligible voters (i.e., 26 votes) have to be present in person or by proxy.
